VALUE PROPOSITION Why invite students on a study visit?

The ability to value teamwork

During the study visit, students in grades 1-12 will see how teams work, what the working environment is like and how each person has a role to play in the company. They learn to value the collective contribution behind the success of one organization and are better prepared to play their role when that time comes.

Everyone needs a change.

It is a big deal for students to gain new experience and gain knowledge outside the school environment. Also, communicating with young people and introducing them to your work offers variety to your employees. Study visits invigorate the working environment and have a positive effect on you and young people!

Contribute to the next generation

A study visit is an opportunity to meet the next generation. The next generation will make job choices based on their awareness. Reach out to these awesome young people by introducing them to the functioning, goals and jobs of your organization.

METHOD Study visit

How to organize the meeting?

As part of the study visit, students in one class will come with a teacher to visit your company, public institution or non-governmental organization for 1-2 hours.

Add appropriate times to the collaborative platform to receive students. Teachers or youth workers will then choose the right option for their class and let you know who will come to visit you at least 3 days before the meeting.

Invite students on a study visit

A good study visit answers two important questions

During the study visits within the framework of the Makers of the Future, young people in grades 1-12 will be introduced to this:

  1. How your organization works and
  2. what are the occupations in your organization

By introducing students to how your business works, you will help them learn how organizations achieve their goals.

The purpose of introducing different professions is to provide an overview of the organization and to expand students' awareness of choices in the world of work.

Questions such as:

  • How does Swedbank work?
  • What are the offices in Harju County Court?
  • What are the 10 most popular positions in Pipedrive?

How it all works Just 6 steps

The organization writes down on the Future Makers website when they are waiting for the class to visit. The teacher can choose the right invitation for the class and book it.
