I lead a sales team of over 57 people, generating more than $2.6 million in quarterly revenue. My work brings together sales, recruitment, team leadership, and business development in Estonia and Poland. During your job shadowing day, you’ll get a look at what it takes to lead a large team, motivate people, and grow a business. I’m happy to share my experience and answer your questions about sales, leadership, investing, and career choices. I’ve been involved with Junior Achievement since 2013 and was named JA Mentor of the Year in 2020. I’ve mentored student companies Eha and SMAKK, which placed first and second in Estonia, respectively. While still at university, I built a six-figure investment portfolio across loans, stocks, real estate, and bonds. I’m happy to share how I got started and what I’ve learned along the way. Outside work, I’m pursuing a master’s degree at TalTech and exploring the world—I’ve visited 49 countries and 48 US states.
