Managing a sales department of over 55 people, generating quarterly revenue exceeding $1.8 million in a B2C model. Experienced in corporate recruiting, headhunting, and business development in Estonia and Poland. A Junior Achievement alumnus since 2013 and awarded “Mentor of the Year” in 2020. Served as a mentor in sales and business management for the student company “Eha,” which ranked #1 out of 300 student companies in Estonia. Built a six-figure investment portfolio across loans, stocks, real estate, and bonds while still a university student. Currently passively pursuing a master’s degree at TalTech. Been to 46 countries and 48 US states.
